Creso delivered a plenary address, “Between Global Ambitions and Domestic Constraints: Canadian Research Universities in the 2020s”, at the 4th Shanghai Forum for Education Excellence/10th International Conference on World-Class Universities.

The conference was organized by Shanghai Jiao Tong University on November 15th to 16th, 2025.

Creso Sá is Distinguished Professor and Vice-Dean, Academic Operations at the Ontario Institute of Studies in Education at the University of Toronto. He currently serves as Acting Dean of OISE.
